A refugee from Tibbet who came over to India before the 01st of July 1962 to permanently settle in India

 

A person of Indian origin migrated from the following countries: East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India

The Candidate must be 16½ years – 19½ years in age

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate should have finished 10+2 level of education or equivalent
  • They should have completed class XII exam with an aggregate mark of 70% with subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths

Exam Pattern

The selection process for applicants for the position is done in 2 stages. The Candidate must clear Stage I, then and only then can they be able to participate in the SSB interview. Candidates will be selected based on performance in different aspects such as Psychological tests, Group tests, and Services Selection Board (SSB) Interviews.

Salary Paid

After completing 3 years of training, the TES cadets will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.56,100/- where they will be commissioned as Lts Upon finishing four years of training with decent pay commensurate with their Rank. Also Depending on the post the candidate is assigned, the Indian Army Salary could range between Rs.56,100/- to 2,50,000/-.
