Key Competencies
- Basic understanding of electronics and active components
- Diodes, transistors, and Integrated Circuits are all forms of diodes (IC)
- Components and their uses are second nature to you.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards Knowledge of computer operations and software loading
- Able to load wire, solder, and flux into the machine with ease
- Well-versed in identifying flaws and reporting them on time. Well-versed in doing machine preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's schedule.
- Setting speed, bond weight, bond force, ultrasonic eating, bond time, and other parameters on the machine according to product model
- Assists in the maintenance of ESD, dust-free, and 5S standards in accordance with business policy.
