For Sales Executives, a minimum of graduate/BECertified training (course aligned to ELE/Q3201 issued by the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India) is required.

Job Description

A Sales Executive’s responsibilities include the following

The organization's products and services are marketed and sold.
Analyzing and studying the Indian consumer electronics sector
Understanding the client's needs and providing products and services to meet them
Partnering with channel sales partners and co-ordinating
Interacting with customers in order to sell items and services

Key Competencies

Consumer appliance knowledge, including features, functions, and specs Knows everything there is to know about the company's products
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and put them at ease
Basic understanding of the mechanics and electronics involved in the appliance's operation is required. Expert in a variety of selling and promotion techniques
Knowledge of the company's internal processes and their importance Knowledge of reference sheets, manuals, and documents to read Microsoft Excel is a powerful tool for data analysis and computer operation.
Understanding of the company's various after-sales support models

Salary

Experience-wise	Salary
For freshers	INR 18,000 to INR 20,000 per month
For candidates with 1 year experience	INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month

Televisions, audio and video systems, set top boxes, washing machines, and air conditioners are examples of consumer electronics.
By 2022, the number of people directly employed in the industry is expected to increase from 0.9 million to over 4 million. By 2022, this would result in a human resource requirement of approximately 3 million to 3.2 million in various functions such as sales executives, electronic engineers, and so on.
