Job Description

  • Plan, build, modify, and repair a wide range of tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to extremely tight aerospace tolerances.
  • Performs first-time set-ups to confirm that tooling and programme design fulfil job criteria.
  • Collaborate with tooling designers to develop workholdings and fixtures that can cut cycle times while also improving part quality and finish.
  • Perform challenging tool room operations and development tasks.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints and manufacture from them.
  • Plan building procedures and methods, as well as tooling materials.
  • Diagnose and solve issues with tools, fixtures, and dies.
  • CNC milling experience is required.
  • Mazak Conversational Mill is an added bonus.
  • Mills that are operated by hand
  • Lathes that are operated by hand
  • Jig bores are made by hand.
  • Mills for boring holes
  • Grinders for the surface
  • Collaborate with other machinists and toolmakers to solve machining and fit issues.
  • CNC An advantage is having prior experience.

Salary 

For freshers 

INR 15,000 to INR 17,000 per month 

For experienced candidates 

INR 22,000 to INR 27,000 per month

Job Description

  • Inspect aircraft for component flaws, break-outs, and fluid leaks, among other things.
