  • Experienced in wet layup, prepreg layup, metal to metal bonding, and hot bonding procedures, as well as an understanding of aviation repair.

Job Description

  • Repair hot bonds and cold bonds in accordance with engineering directives and SRMs..
  • Work with graphite, fibreglass, and careful as well as other materials.
  • Fabricate parts from stock in aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium while retaining alloy, heat treatment, and surface polish.
  • Cooperate closely with the QA department.
  • Use graphite composites and fibre glass in your work.
  • Work in dangerous situations while wearing the necessary PPE.
  • When working with chemicals, be cautious of the dangers of FOD and other contaminants.
  • Molds with welded-in defects (electro spark and Tig).
  • Add a slew of mods to your existing fleet to bring it up to FRA standards.
  • Damaged wing spars, aluminium and titanium ribs, and skins will be drilled and installed.
  • Maintain a workplace that complies with all GMP, FDA, and corporate guidelines.
  • To comply with FDA requirements, keep track of and maintain various SPC and quality control paperwork.
  • Trim and sand industrial parts to ensure they are within the engineer's and quality standards' tolerances.
  • Fill flaws with microballoons, then drill, cut, grind, and sand to accurate measurements and a professional finish.
  • Airframe parts, systems, and components are inspected, overhauled, repaired, modified, and troubleshooted.
  • Make use of a variety of tools, such as CNC aided milling machines, lathes, saws, and different air/electric tools.
  • Work closely with personnel from the FAA's airworthiness division.
  • HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings are designed, installed, replaced, and remodelled.

Job Description

  • Ascertain that injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related automated systems are set to regulatory specifications, fulfil quality requirements, and achieve all production objectives.
  • Set up and start moulding machines, examine blueprints, and inspect goods using callipers, optical comparators, and other testing tools.
