  • When dealing with consumers and clients, professional writing and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Installation and configuration of computer systems and applications for a major corporation
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer comments about their software or IT services experience.

Technical Services job description- Technical Services Engineer

  • Meet with clients in person to assess, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware issues.
  • Update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks on a regular basis.
  • Within the firm, install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Respond to client questions and offer assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Complete reports detailing technical support requests, the measures taken to resolve them, and the particular dates and people involved.
  • Assist management in developing computer troubleshooting and usage training materials.
  • As the first point of contact for all computer and system-related issues from clients or coworkers.
  • Organize and file warranty and instructional manual documentation for computer hardware.

Salary 

For freshers 

INR 29,000 to INR 38,000 per month 

For experienced candidates 

INR 90,000 to INR 93,000 per month
