Job Description

Taking care of the check-in counters for departing guests. Checking people in for their flights, redirecting or rebooking customers whose flights have been delayed or cancelled, and providing updates to passengers waiting in the lobbies are all part of the job description.
Assisting at the entry and exit gates. Customers must be attended to before they board, after they land, or when they are changing planes.
Providing cabin amenities to passengers to ensure that they are comfortable during their journey. Before passengers can board, cabin services include cleaning and refilling the planes.
Passengers are given tickets.
Answering questions, providing directions, and attending to clients' other needs are all examples of how you might help travellers. This includes assisting passengers with baggage delays or loss inquiries.
Passengers who call in to make bookings.
At the ticket counter, assisting travellers with luggage check-ins.
Assuring that all luggage is delivered on time.
Passengers' identities are confirmed, and they are given boarding cards.
In some situations, ground workers may be responsible for security screening of people and their bags.
Providing particular help to passengers who are impaired. Ground crew is in charge of the following tasks outside of the terminal:
To and from the plane, loading and unloading bags and other items.
Providing stairs to assist passengers and flight personnel in boarding and boarding the plane.
After the plane has landed, indicate to the pilots which taxi locations they should utilize.

Experience-wise	Salary
For freshers	INR 30,000 to INR 38,000 per month
For experienced candidates	INR 72,000 to INR 1,00,000 per month
