Jobs Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with the artists in charge and Filmmakers on the sequences that require Rotoscoping
  • Interpret and apply artistic concepts as told by the director
  • Maintaining the consistency of the visual graphics and style of the art throughout the production
  • Tracing the motion of the objects by creating matte
  • Creating and Editing Shapes
  • Create and shape animations by hand also with the help of a tracker
  • They are required to fill modes and opacity setting and shape composting of an Object or Objects
  • Give Quality assurance to the Clients on completion of roto work
  • Work To seamlessly integrate special effects in the shots of the Film
  • Keep track of Time and deliver the work on schedule

Eligibility

  • To become a Rotoscope Artist you need to have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, drawings, animation, or any other similar artistic background.
