Then, they can go for the Doctoral program as well. To increase job opportunities, you can earn a Professional Engineering License(PE) after working for several years in this field. How To Become An Aerospace Engineer-

To become an aerospace engineer, you need to study maths and science in high school. You should complete your 10+2 with PCM. After aggregating 70-75% marks, you can appear for the UG entrance exam to earn a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering (B.Tech). Then, you can consider earning a master’s degree in aerospace engineering. You can apply for an M.Tech of 2 years. Now, you can apply for a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) for 3 years. If you don’t want to study for a Ph.D., you can look for internships to gain more practical experience. Then, look for a job. You can also earn the PE license to grab more professional opportunities.

Aeronautical Engineering Entrance Exams-

The colleges give admission only after students appear in the entrance examination of national and state-level engineering. Some most popular entrance exams are listed below-

  1. JEE Main – This exam is to take admission in the UG program (B.tech). You can give the exam after completing your 10 +2 examination with an aggregate of a minimum of 75%.
  2. JEE Advanced- This is also for UG programs (B.Tech). You can appear in eczema with a minimum aggregate of 75%.
  3. GATE- The examination to take admission in M.Tech or PG program. The students can appear for this exam when they complete their UG with an aggregate of a minimum of 55% marks.
