What is after sales services? After-sales service is a service that is delivered after a product or service has been purchased. The majority of after-sales service consists of a guarantee, warranty, upgrade, or repair service. Some after-sales customer services feature a continuing contact with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) throughout the product or service’s life cycle, while other warranties are time-limited.

After-sales support refers to a variety of services provided to customers. It is intended to assist a customer in properly using a product, resulting in repeat business, brand loyalty, and customer pleasure.
