Introduction

For RAC Assembly Operators, a minimum of a 10th-grade certificate is required (the curriculum is connected to the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India’s ELE/Q3501)

Job Description

The following are some of the responsibilities of a RAC Assembly Operator

Components, modules, and systems are assembled and wired together to form the product.
Putting together various modules and subsystems to create a refrigerator
Putting together various modules to create an air conditioner

Key Competencies

Electro-mechanical assembly instructions are second nature to you.
Understanding of general principles of wiring and assembly is required.
Reading the values of resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits is a strong suit.
Refrigeration principles and processes should be understood.
Know the fundamentals of soldering and the many types of soldering, such as dry and cold soldering
Circuit knowledge and understanding of how the PLC's various modules work
Understanding the many types of compressors, such as reciprocating, rotary, centrifugal, and scroll compressors, as well as their roles
Fundamental understanding of Ohm's law, the difference between AC and DC, and series and parallel connections
Basic understanding of components such diodes, transformers, LEDs, phototransistors, capacitors, resistors, and inductors.
R12, R22, R134a, R290, R600a, R410, R32, and other refrigerants are all familiar to you.
Working in a high-decibel setting is a must.

Salary

Experience-wise	Salary
For freshers	INR 10,000 to INR 12,000 per month
For experienced candidates	INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month
