Introduction

Technicians that work in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment are known as Point of Sale (POS) Technicians. They act as a single point of contact for clients in the telecommunications, banking, capital markets, retail, and corporate sectors, as well as everything else related to financial services.
For a smooth transaction, all connected software and hardware of the Point of Sale are deployed properly. Together with the IT team, the POS technician develops and modifies systems to satisfy current and future demands. Customers can also submit maintenance requests on an ad hoc basis.
